Shawn, I was on your “The Blitz” webinar last night. I’m old school, been full time in the industry for 20 years, and a 7 figure earner. I think you’re a smart cookie. I’m just trying to figure out how you reconcile “The Blitz” offline system with myleadsystempro, which you’re promoting on this site. Don’t you think you’ll confuse people? How do you make it all work? I’m seriously curious. – Chris
Great question Chris! You are correct that MLSP could pose conflict/confusion if not implemented properly. The key is to use and teach MLSP in proper perspective. MLSP and all other such online systems are essentially just tools to identify, market to and eventually sponsor our target market which I define as people in or interested in MLM. The problem is that MLSP and most other such systems tend to skip straight to this step and ignore old school methods entirely, which is a huge mistake because contrary to all the sales pages out there, trying to generate a lead and sponsor somebody from the internet is 100x harder than doing so in warm market. If an individual is working with a true residual based MLM that has a legit product (not these top tier $1,000 to $5,000 front loading deals) they should have no problem advancing through the first couple ranks of their business simply by working within their currently established circle of contacts or warm market. Once this foundation has been built and the distributor is committed to becoming an MLM professional then I move them online to begin expanding beyond their warm market and into the ideal target market using MLSP. MLSP is by no means perfect but it is the best of all such systems available online and as long as somebody has a good foundation in MLM then I find they can do very well with it.
There is so much more I could say about this topic, but I’d be writing a novel if I didn’t stop there. I see from your website that you have some pretty good material and I imagine have plenty of experience on this topic, your thoughts…?
Shawn you said, “MLSP is by no means perfect but it is the best of all such systems available online as long as somebody has a good foundation in MLM…” I’m not a member of MLSP so I can’t say how good it is. But I’ll take your word for it.
However, again the key is that it’s good for somebody with a solid foundation in MLM. Yet, how few new people are coming into the industry are getting that solid training. It seems that many new recruits are taught that old school is totally obsolete. What a shame.
I like what you’re doing here.
